オンラインストア・通信販売のご注文・お問い合わせについて、都合により下記日程でのご発送・ご対応となる可能性がございますので予めご了承くださいませ。

Due to the absence of the staff member in charge, we will be temporarily unable to accept custom orders, repairs, or inquiries on the following business day:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.

■ Regarding the online store and mail-order sales

Please note that, due to circumstances, orders and inquiries placed through our online store or mail-order service during the period below may be shipped and responded to on the following schedule:

Orders and inquiries received between January 27 (Tuesday) and January 29 (Thursday)

→ Shipping and responses will begin sequentially from January 30 (Friday).

We apologize for the delay and greatly appreciate your kind understanding.

Please note that our store is closed on Wednesdays.

Orders and inquiries for our online store and mail-order services will also be suspended on that day. Thank you for your understanding.
